1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
4. Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our condensed dairy and protein products may be sensitive to heat and prolonged transit times. We take care in packaging to maintain product integrity, but we recommend selecting faster shipping options during warmer months to ensure the best quality upon arrival.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Condensedable is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Condensedable is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review your claim and respond promptly.
